What started as a blog turned into her passion. Lexi's love of life and love of the alternative is what brought her to create Enigma Agency. Utilizing social media, word of mouth and people-powered campaigns, more than print her ideas stand out in a crowd - literally. Building a brand and watching it grow is what Lexi loves to see, and her own blog and energetic life reflects her passion to constantly rethink and redesign the way things are done. She hates living in a box.

Gracia Florendo - Senior Designer and Graphics Goddess
A guru and knowledgeable graphics designer, Gracia has known the evolution of design from her eight and a half years in the industry. Notably working for agencies and collaborating with Art Directors in doing campaigns for Guiness and McDonalds, her mix of the beautiful and the bold have come to make her known for her professional and enigmatic designs. Gracia is the elegant face behind all Enigma Agency graphics and their evolution. When she is not engrossed in graphics, she's behind an industrial cake mixer and her daughter's aspirations.
Adam Reis Lunde - Web Development
I am Adam Reis Lunde and as a web developer, and it should come as no
surprise that I hold networking and communication as the two most
important tools a person can learn today. I am a programmer,
photographer and designer, and having all those talents at your disposal
only makes it more clear that one person cannot do everything. Rome was
not built by a single person or emperor and similarly any large-scale
business project must be tackled by a concentrated team effort.
As a University of Waterloo graduate, I continue a proud family legacy.
However, I am the first to have maintained a full-time job with a
40-hour work week during my school terms, a feat that I pursued in my
last two school years. During the last terms I achieved my highest marks
while I worked as a Team Lead and handled escalated calls for a bank
from both American and Canadian customers. Eighteen months of customer
service honed my skills in task scheduling, employee management and
client fulfillment. Also, I got really talented in improvising solutions
for that crap that always comes out of nowhere to surprise the heck out
of everyone.
I don't panic or react, I decide and perform. I don't let small things
or big things go wrong, I come in early, leave late and call in support
to make sure things are handled right and on time. I am Mr. Business
Before Pleasure, but I'm also the original work hard, play harder man.
That means going home to play some Left 4 Dead 2, or Supreme Commander
with friends, going to gaming tournaments, enjoying local concerts,
riding on rollercoasters, driving go-karts, crashing bumper cars or
putting on movies and heckling the whole time.
Madeleine Ross - Web Development
After five years of sitting in the dungeon of Guelph University, Maddy emerged with a head full of code and eager to use it. She, with Lexi started Enigma Agency with small aspirations, however Maddy's unique attention to detail and perception of the coding language, allows for better designed web pages and integration of all sorts of media. If anything is possible, Maddy will do it. When not plugged into circuitry, Maddy enjoys her time with her husband, her bunnies and her weirdo friends ;)
